皖北历史文化旅游资源开发利用刍议

On the Development and Exploitaion of Historical Tourism in the North of An Hui Province

皖北历史文化旅游资源非常丰富,有着分布广、种类多,品味高、影响大,时间跨度长、地域特色明显的显著特点,但目前的开发利用却极为滞后,表现为发展旅游业意识不强、缺乏全局考虑,资金投入不足、基础设施落后, 管理监督不完善、保护措施不力,因而提出了抢抓机遇、乘势而上,全面联合规划、逐层稳步推进的对策和措施,并指出在开发利用中值得注意的几个问题。

The north of An Hui province is abundant in tourism resources of historical culture, which is prominently chaaracterized as wide distribution, diverse types, cultivated taste, profound effect, long time span and obvious regional feaatures. At pressent, however, the development and exploitaation lag behind, dispalayig as low awareness of developing tourism, deficiency in comprehensive views, insufficient founds involved, underdeveloped basic facilities, imperfect manaagement and supervision, and ineffective protective measures. In view of this, the authors put forward strategies and measures to grasp chances, rely on good siuations, anssociate and program in an all-around way, and steadily carry it forward step by step. The authors, as well, point out some noticeable difficulties in the development and exploitaation.
