门诊输液室集中静脉穿刺的应用与体会

The Practice and Effect of Concentrate Venepuncture in Clinic Transfusion Room

针对门诊输液强度大、个体差异大的特点,设置宽敞、明亮的开放式工作场地,病人集中进行输液穿刺,然后在舒适的环境中完成治疗,从接诊、配药、输液至巡回观察实行程序化服务。对比以往实行的床旁静脉穿刺,集中静脉穿刺明显提高穿刺成功率,减少人力消耗,提高工作效率,切实改善护理工作质量,降低护理纠纷,提升病人满意度。

Aiming at the features of high intensity of transfusion and great differences among individuals in clinic, the authors set up an open working room which was spacious and bright and patients were performed concentrate venepunctre. Then they were took to a comfortable resting circumstance to complete their treatment which included： receiving patient, preparing medicine, transfusion and circuiting. Compared with bedside venepuncture, concentrate venepuncture can improve success rate of puncture, save human resources, improve working efficiency, improve nursing quality, decrease disputes between nurses and patients and improve patients＇ satisfactory rate.
