社区精神分裂症患者家庭教育的效果评估 被引量:8

摘要 目的对精神分裂症患者家庭教育效果进行评估,探索精神疾病患者社会康复的有效干预方法。方法选取我市3个区100例精神分裂症患者进行为期1年的家庭教育干预。采用WHO编制的社会功能残疾评定量表(DAS)及患者病情变化和家属疾病相关知识调查表测评。结果1年末患者的社会功能恢复、病情不稳定/恶化及疾病复发等情况明显好转,与干预前相比有显著性差异(P<0.001)。其家属受教育前后对精神疾病有关知识的知晓情况也有显著改变(P<0.001)。结论社区精神分裂症患者家庭教育效果理想,能有效促进康复,减少疾病复发,值得推广。 Objective To explore the effective intervention method of schizophrenia patients' rehabilitation by evaluating their home education effects. Methods One hundred schizophrenia patients selected from 3 districts in Shenzhen were given one-year home education intervention. DAS interview scale by WHO and the patient state of the illness and the family member situation investigation scale were used to evaluate. Results After one-year home education, the patient' social function rehabilitation, the state of illness and the disease recurrence were much better than before, which showed significant difference (P〈0.001). And there was significant changes in knowledge of related disease of patients' families between before and after education (P〈0.001), Conclusion The effect of community schizophrenia patient home-education can be ideal, promote health effieetively, reduce disease recurrence, and be worth promoting.
