环境样品中三价磷和五价磷的分离测定

摘要 本文简要地阐述了环境样品中存在三价磷(亚磷酸盐)的可能性和从环境样品中检出亚磷酸盐的意义;初步建立了一个分离测定沉积物样品中磷酸盐和亚磷酸盐的阴离子交换HPLC法。在选用的最佳条件下(HamiltonPRP-X100色谱柱;流动相:5mmol对羟苯甲酸,pH7.5,流速3ml/分;电导检测器检测),该法分离度大于1.5(磷酸盐/亚磷酸盐),其他常见阴离子不干扰测定;对亚磷酸盐的最低检测限0.4×10 ̄(-6)(进样测限1.4×10 ̄(-6),线型范围1~1.5μg磷,相关系数0.9998;作者对样品制备、提取、净化、浓缩等步骤进行了初步研究并对进一步深入研究提出了建议。 In this paper, the importance to find pbosphite in nature environment had been presented briefly and an ion- exchange HPLC method for the separation and determination of phosphate and phosphite in sediment samples had been built up.The method used a Hamilton PRP- Xl00 anion column for separation, an aqueous of 5 m mole p-hydroxybenzoic acid( pH 7. 5) as mobile phase, a fiow rate of 3 m1/ min. and a conductivity detector for detection, and it had a resolution that was larger than 1. 5( phosphate/phosphite),a lowest detection limit of 0. 4× 10 ̄(-6) for phosphite and 1. 4×10 ̄(-6)for phosphate,The procedures of extraction, purification and concentration for the sampling of sediment sample had been researched preliminarily and some suggestion for continued research had been given.
