E_(838)对小鼠移植性肿瘤的治疗研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察E838对小鼠宫颈癌、肺腺癌的治疗效果。方法IRM2小鼠皮下接种宫颈癌(U14)、肺腺癌(LA795)瘤细胞,取E838三个剂量5mgkg、7.5mgkg、10mgkg对小鼠U14、LA795进行治疗,观察荷瘤小鼠生长情况和肿瘤生长曲线,测定肿瘤生长抑制率和骨髓有核细胞(BMC)数及脾脏、胸腺重量的变化。结果E83855mgkg、7.5mgkg、10mgkg三个剂量对小鼠U14的抑瘤率分别为36.8%、64.3%、49.7%,对LA795的抑瘤率分别为46%、60%、58%,BMC数均高于对照组,肿瘤生长也较对照组慢。结论E838对小鼠U14、LA795肿瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用和刺激骨髓细胞增殖功能。 Objective To examine the therapeutic results of Es3s for the cervical carcinoma(U14)and lung Adenocarcinoma (LA795) .Methods The tumor cells of U14 and LA795 were transplanted subcutaneously into the IRM-2 mice. The beating tumor mice were administrated ip with doses at 5 mg/kg, 7.5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg of F838, then the changes of body weight of mice, tumor growth nucleated cells of bone marrow(BMC), weights of spleen and thymuses were determined. Results The Inhibition rate of tumor growth for doses at 5 mg/kg,7.5 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg a animal were 36.8% ,64.3% ,49.7% for U14 and 46% ,60% ,58% for LA795. The BMC in the both mice bearing U14 and LA795 groups were higher than that in control groups. Conclusion These results Indicate that E838 have the significant tumor Inhibition effects in vivo in the inice beating U14 and LA795 and have stimulation function in the bone marrow cell multiplication.
