视隔发育不良的MRI表现

MRI Manifestations of Septooptic Dysplasia

目的:探讨视隔发育不良(SD)的脑部MRI的表现特点。方法:符合临床诊断标准的SD患者2例,行MRI扫描,采用自旋回波(SE)序列和快速自旋回波序列(FSE),常规行横轴位、矢状位及冠状位扫描。结果:病变主要表现为透明隔缺如,双侧脑室变成单一脑室,视神经和视神经管发育不良。结论:SD的MRI表现有一定的特征性,MRI具有重要诊断价值。

Objective To discuss cerebral MRI features of SD. Methods Plain MRI scainning was performed in 2 cases with SD. Useing SE and FSE sequences,axial, sagittal and coronal scanning was accomplished. Results The lesions were mainly showed the shortage of septum pellucidum, both lateral ventricles becomed single ventricle,optic nerve and optic nerve canal dysplasia. Conclusion SD carries certain characteristics on MRI. MRI is of great value in its diagnosis.
