我院儿童抗生素的使用分析

Analysis of the Administration of Anti-bacteria Drugs for Pediatric Patients in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院儿童病人抗生素的使用情况。方法:抽查我院儿科病历300份,填写“抗生素使用情况调查表”,分析总结儿科病人抗菌药物使用是否合理。结果:抗生素使用率98%,抗生素联合使用率为12.5%。使用频率最高的是头孢菌素类,其次是青霉素类、大环内酯类。结论:我院儿童住院病人抗生素的使用相当一部分是经验用药。

Objective To know the situation of the administration of anti-bacteria drugs tor padiatric in-patients in our hospital. Methods In-patient medical history of 300 cases from department of pediatrics were inquired and the inquiring lists on the using situation of antibacteria drugs were filled in and analyzed,and then a conclusion of whether the administration was rational ornot was reached. Result The rate of antibiotic administration was 98% ,that of combined was 12. 5%. Cephalosporins was the most frequently used,and penicillin,macrolides,were the next. Conclusion The administration of anti-bacteria drugs in our hospital partly rested on experience.
