摘要
基于二氧化硫吸收锌灯214 nm谱线的紫外荧光测量原理,用光子计数技术进行二氧化硫检测研究。结果显示:在179-756 ppb浓度范围内,荧光强度与二氧化硫浓度成线性关系,检测极限为6 ppb。
The principle was based on the measurement of the intensity of ultraviolet fluorescence of sulfur dioxide. The spectrum 214 nm of Zn lamp was used to produce fluorescence that was detected by use of photon counting. The results show that the fluorescence intensity is linear to sulfur dioxide concentration from 179 ppb to 756 ppb, the detection limit at present is about 6 ppb.
