摘要
用有限差分方法数值模拟了激光对材料加热作用的过程。建立了激光材料中激发瞬态温度场的隐格式有限差分模型,该模型考虑了激光作用过程中材料的热物理参数依赖于温度的特性,得到了材料中瞬态温度场分布曲线。获得了材料中瞬态温度场分布集中于一个非常小的区域的结论,为激光加工及激光超声的产生提供了理论基础。
The finite numerical method simulated laser- heated material, the finite difference model with implicit format of the transient temperature field was developed for the material. This model takes account of the temperature- dependence of the thermal physical parameters of the material. The result shows as the transient temperature field distribution. According to the conclusion of the distribution concentrating a very small area, a theoretical basis for laser processing and laser ultrasonic generation was established.
