摘要
双波段增透膜在激光系统中得到越来越多的应用,目前薄膜设计方法仅能设计简单的V与W型增透薄膜,利用矢量方法提出了一种新型的三层双波段减反射膜设计方法,基于所提出的薄膜设计方法,设计一个实例,与实际镀制薄膜反射光谱进行了对比,结果表明:实际镀制结果与理论计算结果具有较好的吻合,在所要求的波长处反射率为0.25%与0.29%,基本达到了工作要求。
There are more and more applications in laser systems about antireflecting coating with two wavelengths. The present coating design method can only design some simple antireflecting coatings with shape of V and W. A new type design method of three layers antireflecting coating with two wavelengths was put forward. Based on the new method, an example was calculated and compared with the practical deposited result. The results show that there is good compatibility, the reflection is only 0.25% and 0.29% in the designed wavelength. And deposited coating can meet the practical require.
