介绍莱钢1500热轧宽带生产线轧辊的使用情况并对轧辊使用过程中出现的情况作简要的探讨，从而不断完善轧辊磨削工艺，逐步降低轧辊消耗，延长换辊周期，发挥轧机最大潜能。

This paper introduces the application of roll in the 1500mm hot rolled wide strip production line and briefly inquires into the problems occurred in the procedure of using roll, thus to continuously perfect roll dressing process ,gradually reduce roll consumption, prolong roll changing cycle, and give full play to the latent capacity of mill.
