摘要
３０个冬小麦品种（系）的幼胚培养结果表明，幼胚的出愈率不受材料基因型的影响，不同材料的出愈天数差异较大，幼胚直接萌发因材料不同而异，不同材料再生苗分化率差异较大。
The results of immature embryos culture for 30 winter wheat varieties(lines) showed that the rate of callus formation is not affected by genotypes. There is larger difference among the different materials in days of callus formation, in direct germination of immature embryo and in differentiation rate of plant regeneration .
