A Study on the Landscape Eco-planning of Quanzhou Gulf

借助于景观生态规划的概念、原理、方法、程序,分析泉州湾湿地资源、环境与景观生态特征,探讨泉州湾湿地可持续发展的景观生态模式,提出建立景观生态保护区,开展生态旅游,发展绿色生态农业,开发渔业资源,发展港口经济等景观生态规划方案。

The Quanzhou Gulf, one of the Major wetlands, is located on the edge of Quanzhou city. It is rich in natural resources and landscapes, but constrained by various unfavourable natural conditions and facing human-activity-induced problems, such as environmental quality degradation, lack of rational development plans, and so on. Landscape eco-planning plays a role in the conservation of biodiversity and environmental improvement. It will not only satisfy the natural functions of landscape and human requirements, but also satisfy the future development. As regard to the future model of natural conservation and resource development, the concept ,principle, procedures and main model of landscape eco-planning are introduced. This paper makes a comprehensive survey and summary of the landscape ecological characteristics of the Quanzhou Gulf and proposes some corresponding landscape eco-planning approaches towards sustainable development of the area. The project is composed of some landscape ecological protection areas, ecotourism, ecological agriculture, eco-fishery, industry along harbor.
