摘要
研究了不同温度贮藏对百合切花内源激素水平变化的影响(结果表明,低温(4±1)℃贮藏,内源乙烯释放量没有出现明显的高峰,且始终低于常温(28±2)℃贮藏;生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA_3)含量高于常温贮藏;脱落酸(ABA)高峰较常温贮藏延迟6d出现。ABA水平变化、ABA/IAA和ABA/GA_3之比值与花朵外部形态变化具有同步性,ABA可能是影响切花衰老的主要因子。
Researches were done on the effects of different temperature storage on thechangeLq of endogenous hormone levels.The results indecated that there was no strikingpeak of endogenous ethylene release during the period stored in the low temperature(4±1)℃,and it was lower than that stored in the room temperature(28±2)℃.The contentsof indole acetic acid(IAA)and gibberellic acid(GA_3)were higher than those stored in theroom temperature.The peak of endogenus abscisic acid(ABA)appeared 6 days later thanstored in the room temperature,the changes of ABA level and the ratioes of ABA/IAA andABA/GA_3 were simultaneous with the flower external morphological changes,and ABAwas probaly the primary factor that affects senescence of cut flower.
