摘要
结合已有的森林生态效益补偿政策的研究成果,对实施森林生态效益补偿的必要性、补偿标准和补偿范围进行分析,并提出对策。
In combination with forest ecological benefit compensation policy research result, the necessity, compensation standard,compensation scale of implementing forest ecological benefit compensation were analysed, the countermeasures were raised.
