我国森林旅游业管理体制创新研究——以大别山国家森林公园为例

Study on Innovation of Management System in Domestic Forest Tourism Industry——Take National Forest Park in Dabie Mountain as an Example

旅游管理体制如何适应和促进旅游业的发展,一直是业内外人士探索的既具理论性又具实践性问题。本文以大别山国家森林公园为例,从森林旅游资源的价值特性和权属特性出发,通过分析我国现行森林旅游业管理体制现状及存在的问题,提出我国旅游管理体制的改革与创新的总体思路,建议实行“四权分离”的管理模式和“社区网络式”的管理模式。

How to adapt and promote the development of tourism, management system is a theoretical and practical problem inquired and probed by personages of the field for a long time. Take National Forest Park in Dabie Mountain as an example, from the value and property rights of forest tourism resources, the paper analyzes the existing problem in management system of domestic forest tourism and puts forward the general clue of reformation and innovation in management system.
