绿竹不同种源遗传参数估计及生长差异研究

Study of Genetic Parameter Evaluation and Growth Differences of Dendrocalamopsis Oldham of Various Provenances

在龙海与永安开展绿竹地理种源试验,通过对不同绿竹地理种源遗传参数估计及生长差异研究,结果表明:⑨号(赛岐)、①号(福安)、⑤号(永安)和②号(永春)种源在永安则有较大的推广前景,其出笋数(A性状)的ΔG达到45%以上。而⑨号(赛岐)、①号(福安)和②号(永春)种源在漳州具有较大的推广前景,其单位面积笋产量(B性状)的遗传增益均达到38%以上。从不同种源不同时间各生长因子差异检验结果来看,永安各性状各处理间的差异性较小,其生境适合较多的绿竹种源生长,这可能与其较为阴凉的气候有关。

We had carried out the introduction experiment of Dendrocalamopsis oldhami provenance in Zhangzhou and Yong＇ an, By studying the estimation of genetic parameter and growth differences of various Dendrocalamopsis Oldhaml geographical provenances, results were as follows： In yong＇ an, the number ⑨、 ① 、②、⑤of provenances had relatively large prospect of popularization, their AG of the number of shoots（A traits） had exceeded by 45 %. In Zhangzhou, the number ⑨、 ① 、②、⑤of provenances had relatively large prospect of popularization, their △G of yield per unit area （B traits） had exceeded by 38%. From the different inspection results of each growth factors of various provenances in different time, we had known： In yong＇ an, the differences between every processings of traits were relatively little, its habitat fit with growth of relatively more D. Oldhami provenances, which probably had relations with its coolful climate.
