摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以Kromasil C18柱为固定相,以甲醇+二氯甲烷+水为流动相,用紫外检测器在254 nm波长下对40%硫.百可湿性粉剂中的硫磺和百菌清进行同柱分离和测定。结果表明,硫磺和百菌清的标准偏差分别为0.0680和0.0269;变异系数分别为0.21%和0.33%;线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9997;平均回收率分别为100.25%和99.74%。
Applied kromasil C18 column as stationary phase, methanol + dichloromethane + water as mobilephase , and the detection wavelength was at 254nm , a determination method for sulfur-chlorothalonil wettablepowder by HPLC was established. The standard deviation of sulfur and chlorothalonil was 0.0680 and 0.0269respectively, the coefficients of variation was 0.21% and 0.33 % respectively, the linear correlation was 0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively, the average recovery was 100.25 % and 99.74 % respectively.
