蛋白PAGE法鉴定玉米近缘自交系的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Protein PAGE Application to ldentifying Corn Reiated Lines

以种子蛋白图谱为指标，分析了由系谱法、回交法所选育的一套遗传梯度不同的玉米自交系和姊妹系的差异。结果表明，用ＰＡＧＥ法所测定的种子蛋白谱带能鉴别出遗传成分差异在１３％以上的两个自交系及自交后代材料的纯合程度的遗传稳定性，可以作为玉米自交系选育的一个辅助指标。

A series of different genetic gradient corn inbred lines by pedigree and backcrossmetheds were analysed with seed protein patterns.The result indicated that PAGE patternscould distingish two inbred lines with genetic difference over 13%,and identify the homozy-gous level and genetic stability of self progeny.The method can be regarded as an assitant cri-terium in selecting corn inbred lines.
