摘要
室内模拟研究结果表明,霉腐格氏霉(Ceriachianivalis)侵染小麦的适宜温度为17℃,20℃以上有利于病菌在寄生组织中扩展。在相对温度93%以上的条件下,2~3d病害就会普遍发生,持续时间越长,发病越严重。光强8000~100001x每天光照6h最适于病菌侵入和扩展,长时间光照不利于病害发生。
The indoor simulated tests results showed that the optimum temperature was17℃ for Gerlachia niualis penetration and above 20℃C for disease development in its hosttissuse.When infection occured above RH 93%the disease would be widespread within 2or 3 days,the longer the time of RH 93%~100%lasted,the severer the disease would be.The best lightcycle for penetration and development of the pathogen in wheat plant was6h.light and l8h.darkness per day with 8 000~10 000lx,long time of lasting light was notsuitabe for disease occurrence.
