钛含量对6063合金的时效特性及强化相的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了Ti含量对6063合金时效特性及强化相的影响。结果表明,随着钛含量增多,时效硬化速度降低,达到峰值时效时间变短,峰值硬度降低;随着钛含量增多,强化相体积增大,致密度减小,强度降低。 The influence of Ti on aging property and reinforceing phase Mg2Si of 6063 alloy was studied.The results show that with increase of Ti content, the hardening rate decreases at first stage, the time to maximum hardness becomes shorter, and the maximum hardness becomes smaller; the size of reinforeeing phase become bigger, but its number density gets smaller ,and strength decreases when aging at 175℃ for 8 h.
