摘要
分析列举了近些年来国内外利用各种表面技术手段制备纳米结构表面的进展和成果。尤其重点介绍了热喷涂法制备纳米结构Al2O3／TiO2陶瓷涂层和纳米硫化物自润滑涂层的研究成果。最后对纳米表面工程的发展前景做了展望。
The progress and production of using surface engineering technology to produce nano＋structured surface in and out our country were analyzed. Especially,the technology of using thermal spraying to produce nano-stmctured Al2O3/TiO2 ceramic coatings and nano-stmctured sulfide self-lubricating coatings was introduced.Nano-surface engineering has extensive application prospect in the future.
