阐述了我国氯碱工业发展的三个阶段及其特点;针对当前和将来我国氯碱工业发展特点,提出江苏氯碱工业“十一五”发展思路。

Three development stages of our chlor-alkali industry and its features were discussed. Along with the development features in the current and future of our country, the development ideas of ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ were put forward by Jiangsu Chlor-alkali Industry Association.
