电针治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留60例疗效观察

Observations on electroacupuncture treatment of 60 patients with urine retention after cervical cancer operation

目的观察电针治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的疗效。方法治疗组按辨证分型采用电针治疗,对照组采用常规方法治疗,5 d为一疗程。结果治疗组有效率为96.67%,治愈率为76.67%;对照组有效率为70%,治愈率为36.67%。两组间有效率、痊愈率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论电针疗法是治疗宫颈癌术后尿潴留的较佳方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on urine retention after cervical cancer operation. Methods A tratment group was treated with electroacupuncture according to classification based on syndrome differentiation and a control group, by a conventional method. One course of treatment consisted of 5 days. Results The curative rate and cure rate were 96.67% and 76.67%, respectively, in the treatment group and 70% and 36.67%, respectively, in the control group. There were significant differences in curative rate and cure rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture is a good method for treating urine retention after cervical cancer oneration.
