小针刀为主治疗肩周炎临床疗效观察

Observations on the clinical efficacy of little needle knife as a main treatment for shoulder periarthritis

目的观察小针刀为主治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用小针刀疗法配合弹压手法复位、中药熨烫等治疗82例,对照组采用针灸常规取穴、拔旋手法复位和中药熨烫法治疗71例,治疗1个月后比较疗效。结果治疗组(治愈47例,显效27例)总显效率(90.24%)明显高于对照组(治愈14例,显效25例)总显效率(54.93%)。两组疗效用R idit分析比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论小针刀为主是治疗肩周炎的理想手段之一,疗程短且疗效满意。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of little needle knife as a main treatment for adhesive shoulder periarthritis. Methods A treatment group of 82 patients were treated by little needle knife therapy in cooperation with flipping-pressing manipulation reposition and herbal hot compress. A control group of 71 patients were treated by acupuncture of points routinely selected, peking-rotating manipulation reposition and herbal hot compress. The curative effects were compared after 1 month＇s treatment. Results The total marked efficacy rate was much higher in the treatment group （90.24% ; cure in 47 cases and marked efficacy in 27 cases） than in the control group （54.93% ; cure in 14 cases and marked efficacy in 25 cases）. Radit analysis showed a significant difference （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Little needle knife as a main treatment is one of ideal ways to treat shoulder pefiarthritis. The course of treatment is short and the curative effect satisfactory.
