The Import and Export of ＂Early Harvest＂ Commodity Slowed Down

2004年中国-东盟“早期收获”方案正式实施。实施两年来，中国、东盟之间“早期收获”项下商品（以下称早期收获商品）进出口快速增长，但2005年增长速度明显低于2004年。

In 2004 China-ASEAN ＂Early Harvest＂ Program was put into effect officially. After its two-year implementation, China-ASEAN ＂Early Harvest ＂ Program saw rapid growth of the import and export of its concerned commodities while the growth rate in 2005 was much lower than that of 2004.
