2006年2月4日上午九点。中国一日本航线“梅子”轮抵达黄岛口岸。由于事先向黄岛海关值班关员递交了相关单证,抵岸后,便开始了紧张的卸船、装船作业,当天下午4时许,货物装载完毕旋即离港远航,整个过程紧张有序,非作业待港时间为零。这就是在黄岛口岸实行的国际航行船舶在港“零待时”模式。
At 9 a.m on Feb. 4, 2006 the Meizi freighter traveling between China and Japan arrived at the Huangdao port. With relevant documents submitted to the Huangdao Customs in advance, the Meizi began the loading and unloading of shipment immediately. The Meizi freighter, loaded with goods, left the Huangdao port at 4 p.m of the same day. This is a new supervision pattern emphasizing on shortening port waiting time (so-called zero port waiting time) implemented by the Huangdao Customs.
