摘要
激光超声,具有用声学方法研究介观和微观物理中的某些现象和在工业上实现在线监测的潜力,令人瞩目,本文仅就固体中激光超声若干问题的进展作评述。
Laser ultrasonics has the potentialities on investigating some phenomena in mesoscopic and microscopic physics, and monitoring as well as detecting the processes of industry in line and in site. In this article, some recent achievements on laser ultrasonics in solids are reviewed and some remaining problems and future developments are highlighted.
