SrCoO_(2.5+δ)的结构和氧脱附行为研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用固相反应法合成了SrCoO2.5+δ样品,用XRD表征了在空气和纯氧气氛下自然降温以及淬火后SrCoO2.5+δ的结构;利用程序升温脱附技术(TPD)考察了在高纯He气氛下SrCoO2.5+δ的氧脱附行为。XRD结果表明,经自然降温方式得到SrCoO2.5+δ的结构是六方结构,而经淬火得到的SrCoO2.5+δ表现为brownmil-lerite结构;SrCoO2.5+δ的氧脱附行为与其相结构有很大的关系,在纯氧气氛下降温的SrCoO2.5+δ在中高温区出现了3个相转变过程。 The SrCoO2.5+δ was synthesized by solid state reaction, and the structures of different sam pies cooling under air and pure oxygen atmosphere were characterized by XRD. O2-TPD technique was used to study the oxygen diffusion behavior of SrCoO2.5+δ. The H-hexagonal and brownmillerite structures appeared when the samples were cooled slowly and quenched respectively. The oxygen diffusion behavior of SrCoO2.5+δ has relation with the structure. There were three phase transitions during 600~1000℃ for SrCoO2.5+δ for which cooling under pure oxygen.
