结合经济落后地区的小城镇发展规划,就发展动力、基础设施的配置和逆向城镇化进程作了进一步的思考,继而提出了经济落后地区小城镇发展的对策,以求在城镇化进程中能跟上时代的步伐。

Small towns＇ development has dose relationship with their region in many aspects. In this planning of rebuilding works , the author gives deep considerations on several issues of small towns＇ development, such as motive power of development and fundamental facilities. Some developmental policies for small towns in undeveloped areas are also discussed in the paper.
