摘要
通过建立量子力学散射模型,运用格林函数的解析方法,分别研究电子在两种金属模型中的传播机制,并相应得到电子在粗糙界面处的透射系数、镜面反射系数及在粗糙表面处的镜面反射系数.
By establishing geh quantum mechanical scattering model, applying analytical Green’s function approach,the of mechanism electron transport are studied,and accordingly the transmission coefficient、the specular reflection coefficient at rough interface and the specular reflection coefficient atrough surface are obtained.
