天山岩黄芪不同部位中总黄酮含量的测定 被引量:16

Determination of the Total Flavones in the Roots, Stems, Leaves, Flower and Fruits of Hedysarum Semenovii Regelet Herd

摘要 文章主要介绍了天山岩黄芪根,茎,叶,花和果实中总黄酮的含量。方法:采用分光光度法测定天山岩黄芪根、茎、叶、花和果实中总黄酮的含量,以芦丁为对照品,以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠为显色剂,在500nm处测定样品溶液的吸收度。结果:线性范围为0.4-2.4m g,r=0.9997,回收率为94.4%,RSD为1.7%。结论:本方法操作简单,灵敏度高。 Objactive : To study the quantity of total flavones in the roots,stems and Leaves, flower and fruits of Hedysarum Semenovii Regelet Herd. Methods : color metric ,λ= 500 nm. spraying solvent was NaNO2 ,- Al(NO3)3. Result: The linear in range of determination was 0. 4-2.4mg, r = 0. 9997, the average recovery was 94.4%, RSD was 1.7% (n=5). Conclusion : this method is simple,sensitive and accurate .
