底泥疏浚方案制定的原则及重点解决的问题 被引量:8

摘要 特殊的自然地理环境和人为的不合理开发利用,导致江河湖库淤积严重,而伴随经济快速发展产生的水环境污染问题也日渐突出.污染物质随泥沙沉积,构成了江河湖库的内源污染.底泥疏浚是改善河道行洪条件、增加湖库容积、清除内源污染、改善水环境、恢复水生态的重要措施,得到了普遍应用.但由于底泥疏浚技术要求高、疏浚成本也比较高,疏浚过程中对周围环境有一定的影响,也存在着一定生态风险.因此,很有必要对疏浚方案的制定原则与必须妥善解决的关键技术问题进行分析与探讨,文中也给出了一些可供疏浚工程决策参考的结论. Special physical geography environment and unreasonable man-made exploiture of rivers and lakes result in a serious sedimentation , but water pollution is gradually exposed with economic rapid development. Dredging bottom sediment which is universally used, is an important measure to improve the condition of flood discharge, to increase the volume of lakes, to clean out an endogenous pollution, to meliorate water environment and to renew a water ecosystem. But the technical and the cost of bottom mud dredging is high, and there is also a definite influence and venture to the water environment. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze and discuss the design principles to dredge scheme, and the main technology problems must be appropriately solved. Some valuable referenced solutions of dredging projects are given.
