浅谈完善民办学校报酬管理

摘要 科学的报酬管理对于民办学校的绩效有重要的推动作用。目前,民办学校的报酬管理体系并不科学,本文在提出目前报酬管理方面一些报酬水平、薪酬发放等方面的缺陷的基础上,探讨了报酬管理的改进措施,并提出了诸如薪酬投入适度超前于学校发展、薪酬要素及方式要适合教师的需要、向骨干和优秀员工倾斜、设置多跑道、引入考核评比、与绩效挂钩,保持适度弹性、教师持股激励等改进建议。 The scientific administration of payment plays an important role in the achievement of private schools. At present, the remuneration management system of the civilian-run school is not scientific. Based on the discussion of some defects of remuneration, this article probes into the management improving measures, and proposes that payment administration should be considered first in schools' development appropriately; the element and mode of salary should be suitable for the teacher's needs; outstanding staff should be rewarded and the system of examination and comparison should be introduced, connecting the performance of teacher with their payment and encouraging teachers to hold shares etc.
