磁性固位体可摘局部义齿咀嚼效能初探

Study of The Masticatory Efficiency of The Removable Partial Denture With Magnetic Retainer

目的分析可摘局部义齿患者在安置磁性固位体前、后对义齿咀嚼效能的变化。方法十四例患者在初戴义齿一个月后,再安放磁性固位体并分别测得其安放磁性固位体前、后的咀嚼效能值。结果十四例患者在安放磁性固位体前、后的吸光度均值分别为0.59和0.82,有显著性差异。结论采用磁性固位体的义齿能明显提高患者的咀嚼效能。

Objective Study of the changes of the masticatory efficiency before and after setting the magnetic attachments in the removable partial dentures. Method A month after trying in the new dentures, the masticator）＇ efficiency of 14 patients were tested before and after setting the magnetic attachments. Result The absorption values of 14 patients before and after setting of the magnetic attachments were 0.59 and 0.82, showing significant difference. Conclusion The patients with the dentures using of magnetic attachments significantly improved their masticatory efficiency.
