摘要
综述了近年来液相色谱分析方法在食物和中药中农药残留分析中的应用,对各种常用的在线和离线样品预浓缩技术、检测器以及液相色谱与质谱等仪器的联用进行了讨论,并对液相色谱在农药残留分析中的应用前景进行了评价。
A review with 31 references is given on the application of liquid chromatography in analysis of pesticide residues in food and Chinese medicine in the recent years, including the on-line and off-line pre-concentration procedures of the samples, liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometric detectors and other detectors, and the prospects of liquid chromatography.
