摘要
研究了二溴羟基苯基荧光酮与铝的显色体系。在Tween-80及F^-存在下,铝与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮在碱性介质中形成1:2的玫瑰红色四元配合物,最大吸收波长558nm,摩尔吸光系数1.5×10^5L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铝含量在0-0.24μg/mL符合比尔定律。方法灵敏,选择性好,用于中成药中微量铝的测定取得满意结果。
In the presence of Tween- 80 and fluoride ion, aluminium (Ⅲ) reacts with dibromohydroxy phenylfluorone (DBH-PF) in alkanine solution to form a rose colored four-component-complex with its absorption maximum at 558 nm, and molar absorptivity of 1.5 × 10^5 L·mol^-1· cm^-1. Beer's law holds in the concentration range for aluminium (Ⅱ ) of 0 - 0.24μg/mL. The proposed method proves to be sensitive and selective, and has been applied to the determination of microamounts of aluminium in traditional Chinese medicine with satisfactory results.
