摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES),对四季柚果肉、果皮、籽中10种微量元素进行了测定。结果表明,四季柚果肉、果皮、籽中含有Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu等丰富的人体必需微量元素,且四季柚果皮和籽中的微量元素含量普遍高于果肉中的微量元素含量,这为四季柚药效功能的进一步研究和资源综合开发利用提供一定的科学依据。
The content of trace elements in Siji you was determined by ICP-AES. The results showed there are rich trace elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, which are necessary to human. It has provided the new scientific evidence for the further studies of medicinal efficiency and comprehensive utilization of source of Siji you.
