摘要
对IEC电能质量的一个重要指标闪变进行了理论分析,通过详细研究闪变的理论计算过程,用离散方法推导出一种新的瞬时闪变值P和短时间闪变值P_(st)的数值计算方法。该计算方法使得电能质量中闪变的计算变得比较简单。文中的方法已经在实际中得到检验,取得了良好的效果。
Short terra flicker severity, an important index of power quality in the standards of IEC, was theoreticaUy studied. By analyzing the calculation process of this index, a new numerical method was presented to calculate instantaneous perceptibility and short term flicker severity, which may simplify the calculation process. This method has been successfully applied to practical design and got a satisfied result.
