摘要
农民工工资被拖欠是我国建筑领域一个突出的问题。利用博弈论有关原理,从建筑领域的债务链分析人手, 提出改进模型对此问题进行分析。研究结果显示现有政府业绩考核制度存在不良激励诱因,使政府官员行为扭曲,政府投资工程拖欠款严重,从而造成严重的农民工工资拖欠问题。
Migrant worker＇s pay m arrears heen been a serious problem in construction industry. Based on game theory, and from the debt chain, it is analyzed by an improved model. The result indicates that, under the improper incentive caused by the present performance assessment system, officials＇ behavior is distorted and the payment in arrears of the Government-invested projects is very serious , which results into the migrant worker＇s pay in arrears.
