摘要
采用干灰法消化L-色氨酸样品,建立了测定L-色氨酸中重金属(以铅计)含量的石墨炉原子吸收光谱法。对测定L-色氨酸的仪器工作条件进行了探讨。铅的浓度在0-32μg/L内与吸光度成良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=0.023170c+0.003600,相关系数r=0.9998,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.1%(n=5),回收率为97.7%-100.6%。
L-tryptophane samples were digested with ashing method, the method for the determination of lead in L-tryptophane by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was developed. The determination conditions were studied. The concertration of lead was linear with absorbance in the range of 0-32μg/L, the linear regression equation was A =0. 023 17c +0. 003600, the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 8, the RSD was 1.1%, and the recoveries were 97.7%-100.6%.
