氨来呫诺口腔贴片治疗轻型复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

Clinical Study on Amlexanox Oral Coating for Treatment of Minor Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

目的:研究氨来诺口腔贴片治疗轻型复发性口腔溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法:将42例轻型复发性口腔溃疡患者随机分为试验组(20例)与对照组(22例),分别给予氨来诺口腔贴片、安慰剂,片剂贴于患部,4次/d,连用5d。结果:治疗3d、5d,试验组与对照组溃疡面积愈合有效率分别为85.0%、36.4%(P<0.005)和95.0%、59.1%(P<0.005);溃疡疼痛缓解有效率分别为90.0%、59.1%(P<0.005)和95.0%、90.9%(P<0.05)。结论:氨来诺口腔贴片可加速溃疡愈合和缓解疼痛,且安全。

OBJECTIVE： To study the effects and security of amlexanox oral coating for treatment of minor recurrent aphthous ulcer（MIAU） . METHODS： A randomized doubleblind experiment was carried on 42 patients with MIAU were randomly divided into experimental group（ 20 patients）, and control group（ 22 patients）, each group respectively administered with amlexanox coating and placebo, at the lesion site 4 times a day for 5 days.RESULTS： At 3 days, the effective rates of healing in the experimental and control group were 85.0 % and 36.4 %, respectively（P 〈 0.005） .At 5 days, they were 95.0% and 59.1%, respectively（P 〈 0.005） .The effective rates of pain relief in the experimental and control group were 90.0% and 59.1%, respectively（P〈 0.005） .At 5 days, they were 95.0% and 90.9%, respectively（P〈 0.05） .CONCLUSION ： Amlexanox oral coating can accelerate the healing of ulcer and relieve pain with security.
