高效液相色谱法测定健胃茶中甘草酸的含量

Content Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid in Jianwei Tea by HPLC

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定健胃茶中甘草酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为InertsilODS-3,流动相为甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:甘草酸进样量在0.784μg～4.70μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.26%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,具有实用性,可用于健胃茶的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish a HPLC method for content determination of glycyrrbizic acid in Jianwei tea.METHODS： A Inertsil ODS- 3 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol- 0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solutionglacial acetic acid（67 ： 33 ： 1）.The detection wavelength was 250nm,and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.RESULTS：There was a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area score of glycyrrbizic acid in the range of 0.784μg～4.70μg（r = 0.9 999） .The average recovery was 99.1% （RSD = 1.26% ） .CONCLUSION：The present method is convenient, accurate and practicable,and it can be used for quality control of Jianwei tea.
