玻璃掺杂量子点的倍频效应产生的理论研究 被引量:1

Theoretical Study on the SHG of Quantum Dot Doped in Glass

摘要 应用统计理论和量子力学理论对量子点掺杂的倍频效应产生的机制与量子点倍频光的电极化率与量子点的尺寸大小的关系进行了理论研究,结果较好地解释了实验所观察到的规律。 In this paper, the second harmonic generation(SHG) and the influence of size effect on susceptibility of SHG of quantum dot doped in glass were studied by using statistical theory and quantum mechanics. The result agrees well with the experiment.
