回顾了近年来福州城市停车规划研究历程,阐述了在规划实施过程中,取得的成效及存在的问题,在此基础上探讨了在新形势下解决停车问题的新思路,提出了包括停车规划、建设实施、管理、市场化四个层面在内的一体化停车发展政策。

Reviewed the park planning research course of Fuzhou in recent years, elaborated in the planning implementation process, the result and existence question which obtained, in this foundation discussed the new mentality of solving the park issue under the new situation, proposed the park integration development policy consisting of four stratification planes： park planning, implementation, management, marketability.
