摘要
冲钻孔灌注桩由于受桩侧泥皮和桩底沉渣的影响,桩的承载力很不稳定有时甚至达不到设计要求,采用桩端桩侧后压浆技术可有效改善桩土界面工况,较大幅度提高桩的竖向承载力。作者通过对16层广电大楼冲孔灌注桩基础采用后压桩技术的工程实践,表明以砾卵石为持力层的冲孔灌注桩通过后压浆措施可提高桩的承载力,对确保工程质量效果明显。
Because the colliding poured stake is inflilenced by earth around and the dregs under the stake, its sustaining pressure isnt very stable, sometimes it even cant attain the requirements of design. To adopt the then -pressure grouting technique at the top and the side of the stake can improve the layer between the pile and the earth effectively, and it can raise the upright sustaining pressure of the stake by a big margin.
The writer has adopted the then - pressure grouting technique of colliding poured stake on a sisteen - story buiding foundation. It states clearly that the technique of colliding poured stake by the then - pressure grouting on the gravel the layer of oppose on the strength can improve the sustaining pressure of the stake. It makes sure to yield good results ang guarantee the quality of the engineering.
