摘要
本文从投标报价合理性评审的必要性、基础条件、总价评审、单价评审、辅助手段等方面,提出投标报价合理性评审的办法。
From necessity, foundation condition, total price evaluation, unit price evaluation, and the assistance means of reasonable evaluation on bid price quotation, this paper put forward the methods for reasonable evaluation on bid price quotation.
