摘要
本文采用基于随动坐标系的假定应变域壳单元及显式有限元格式求解三维板料成形问题。板材料服从Hil各向异性弹塑性准则,板料与模具之间的接触界面由主仆面接触搜寻法处理,接触力由罚参数法计算。文中给出了几个三维成形过程的计算实例。数值算例表明,本文方法具有较高的计算精度和计算效率。
A dynamic explicit type finite element method is used to simulate 3D sheet forming Processes in this paper.The 4 node quadrilateral shell element based on the formulation of the assumed strain method and co rotational coordinate system is employed.The material is assumed to satisfy Hill's anisotropic elasto plastic yield condition.The master slave algorithm is used to deal with the contact interfaces and the contact force is evaluated by penalty method .Several numerical examples were given.
