摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为基胶,配合气相法白炭黑、反应性增塑剂、交联剂、催化剂等,制得单组分室温硫化采光顶用有机硅密封胶。讨论了107硅橡胶的粘度、复配方式、来源,白炭黑、复合硫化剂、增塑剂用量对密封胶性能的影响。密封胶的最佳配方为:100 g复配后粘度为80 000mPa.s的107硅橡胶中,添加气相法白炭黑10 g,复合硫化剂7 g,增塑剂15 g。采用此配方配制的密封胶硫化后,其100%拉伸模量为0.30 MPa,H型模块断裂伸长率为540%,100%定伸粘接性无破坏,且具有良好的施工性能。
The one-component RTV silicone sealant for monitor roofs were prepared by α,ω-dihydroxyl polydimethyl siloxane(107 silicone rubber),fumed silica,reactivity plasticizer,crosslinking agent and catalyst.The effects of viscosity,ways of preparation,resource,fumed silica,the content of composite curing agent and plasticizer on the properties of sealant were discussed.The optimal receipt was that in 100 g 107 silicone rubber whose viscosity was 80 000 mPa·s,adding 10 g fumed silica,composite curing agent 7 g,plasticizer 15 g,stretch modulus 0.30 MPa,H type modulus breaking elongation 540%,there was no adhesion failure at fixed extension rate with good workability.
