99Tcm─MCHMI的制备及初步动物实验

THE PREPARATION OF 99 Tc m LABELLED 1 METHOXYCYLOHEXYLMETHLENE ISONITRILE AND ITS BIODISTRIBUTION

进行了异腈类化合物四（１－甲氧基环已基甲异腈）络铜（Ｉ）氟硼酸盐Ｃｕ（ＭＣＨＭＩ）４ＢＦ４的合成、９９Ｔｃｍ－ＭＣＨＭＩ的制备及初步动物实验。结果表明，注药后６０ｍｉｎ，９９Ｔｃｍ－ＭＣＨＭＩ在小鼠心肌中的摄取值为４．０８ＩＤ％·ｇ－１。

The synthesis of Cu(MCHMI) 4BF 4, the preparation and biodistribution of 99 Tc m MCHMI are described. The IR, NMR, MS and elementary analysis are consistent with the structure of Cu(MCHMI) 4BF 4. The labelling yield of 99 Tc m MCHMI is higher than 90%. The biodistribution experiment shows that sixty minutes after the injection, the uptake of 99 Tc m MCHMI by heart is 4.08 ID%·g -1 .
